4 ingredient anti-inflammatory fudge thins

Ok, they're not the prettiest, but these anti-inflammatory fudge thins are delish, and simple to make!🍫


Plus, this is real life! Not everything we eat is food mag worthy right??

In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup almond butter, (or any nut/seed butter) 1/2 cup coconut oil, 3 Tbs raw cacao powder, and 1 Tbs maple syrup. Throw in a pinch of salt too!


Spread mixture into a small tray lined with baking paper and freeze for 2 hrs.


Cut into squares and enjoy!


You could even increase the antioxidant content by sorting through some goji berries before freezing.


These antioxidant rich, anti-inflammatory fudge thins take less than 5 minutes to mix together.
