I love Chinese food, but it does not love me!
The MSG, the soy, the oilsâŠ
My stomach screams HELP whenever I eat it.
So I often have to replicate meals at home.
This delicious Asian-style noodle bowl was made in one pot, and really just thrown together with so much ease.

Asian noodle bowl recipe:
đ§ Put chopped onion, garlic and organic chicken breast in a pot first to brown.
đ„Then chopped carrots, fresh ginger, celery, and stock + water to cover.
đ§Spices are next: salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, coconut aminos, onion powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric and a pinch of curry powder.
âšïžSlow boil/simmer covered for 30 minutes.
đ„ŹRemove chicken and pull it/shred it. Add it back into the broth along with slices shiitakes, pieces of bok choy and organic corn kernels.
đWhen everything is cooked add in kelp or rice noodles until soft.
đ¶Add scallions and chilis to taste before serving.
This easy recipe warms the belly with lots of comforting nutrition!
